Kids take it to the teachers in AFL 9s

AFL9s is the latest craze in WA town
The town of Pinjarra is best known as the home of musician John Butler, but recently the town has kicked off its Spring AFL9s competition which has turned into a vibrant social Wednesday night event for the town of just over 3000. AFL9s Kicks Off in Primary Schools
During Term 4, five primary schools within Victoria's northern region were invited to a pilot program to introduce the new AFL9s to their grade 5 and 6 students. AFL9s is a non-contact version of football that has been formed to create a game that is inclusive for all, yet still allows competitors to enjoy the fundamental skills of AFL. Cadbury AFL 9s Helps Celebrate the NAB AFL Draft
Over 80 men, women and children took to Metricon Stadium to help celebrate the Gold Coast hosting the 2012 NAB AFL Draft.   As part of the festivities local Queensland businesses and media took part in the inaugural Cadbury AFL 9s Corporate Challenge, with teams playing each other in a round robin format.
